Grouping Contacts in Facebook and Gmail

At the moment I think that the Facebook Contacts "new lists" feature (for grouping your friends, relative, workmates etc) - is not as powerful or as useful as the Gmail Contacts Groups Labeller. Compare the two and tell me - what do you think?
